- Time : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday).
- ₹3.6 Lacs - ₹5.4 Lacs, Annual Package - CTC.
- ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 Per Month.
⦿ JOB DESCRIPTION & ROLE:
She will be Acting as the First Point of Contact Dealing with Correspondence & Phone Calls.
She will be Managing Diaries & Organising Meeting Appointments, Controlling Access to the CEO.
She will be Booking & Arranging Travel, Transport & Accommodation.
She will be Reminding the CEO of Important Tasks & Deadlines.
She will be Scheduling The Daily Planning & Managing Timely Reminders.
She must have Good Communication Skills & Well-Developed Time Management Skills.
She must do Cohesive Synchronised Efforts with Team Managers, for Scheduling Meetings with the CEO.
Discretion & Trustworthiness Required, as she will often be the party of Confidential Information.
She should have Flexibility & Adaptability to Work & Travel (within & out of India, both) with the CEO (All Expenses Borne By The Company).
Freshers can also Apply. (Training of 2 Weeks will be Provided by the Company Professionals).
Will be Liable to Report Directly to the CEO only.
2 Months Probation Period.
4 Months Review Cycle.
Yearly Performance Incentives & Bonus.
1 Month Notice Serving Period.
Contractual Agreement.
