⦿ Requirement of A Female Client Support Executive (Remote Working).
- Time : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday).
- ₹1.8 Lacs - ₹3 Lacs, Annual Package - CTC.
- ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 Per Month.
⦿ JOB DESCRIPTION & ROLE:
Experience Required: 0 - 2 Years
Freshers can also Apply. (Training of 1 Month will be Provided by the Company Professionals).
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Take ownership of customer issues & resolve customer complaints brought to your attention.
Troubleshoot problems and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
Possessing excellent product/service knowledge to enhance customer support.
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
Knowledge of CRM, help desk systems & computer skills.
Time management & soft speaking/communication skills.
Will be Liable to Report to the Respective Team Leader of the Client Support Department.
2 Months Probation Period.
4 Months Review Cycle.
Yearly Performance Incentives & Bonus.
1 Month Notice Serving Period.
Contractual Agreement.
